Troubleshooting

If you are using Mac OS, your browser must be the latest available version of Firefox or Chrome in Mojave, you must give permission to the browser to access the webcam. Instructions are here.

You must accept the webcam use as well as microphone use by the browser. If you refuse, you may need to use an incognito window to re-trigger the prompt. Please refresh your browser after changing any settings.

On Windows OS, you can not share the webcam with another application. This includes a Zoom application that may be running in the background even if not connected to a room.

We recommend that you attend Luna Park events on a laptop or desktop computer. Mobile devices, including phones and tablets, are not supported. You will not be able to join the experience from a mobile device.

Luna Park uses Agora to power its realtime communication services, enabling all users in an event to see and hear each other. If your company’s VPN & Firewall are set to block connections to live streaming services, they could prohibit you from accessing the full Luna Park experience. To troubleshoot:

  • Disconnect from VPN and try again

  • Try connecting on another network, perhaps through a phone hotspot or guest network

If your connection remains blocked by a VPN and/or Firewall, contact your company’s IT representative to whitelist Luna Park. Instructions are here.
